Maturity Assessment
The assessment will evaluate how well the sponsor can govern CDMO partnerships, manage technology transfer, see performance objectively, recover to targets, and sustain patient-first supply performance.
Assessment Structure
Each capability domain and gate can be scored for process maturity, data maturity, governance maturity, partner alignment, risk control, and recovery effectiveness. This makes the assessment useful for existing CDMO networks and for in-process tech transfers that need to be brought into a common platform.
Evaluate whether each gate has clear criteria, required evidence, decision rights, readiness review, and conditional approval logic.
Assess steering cadence, IPT structure, RACI, escalation, meeting effectiveness, decision flow, and executive visibility.
Assess source systems, Excel/report extracts, API readiness, semantic model quality, refresh cadence, and KPI governance.
Measure the strength of shared expectations, scorecard acceptance, communication, recovery ownership, and CDMO engagement.
Evaluate risk register discipline, mitigation quality, BCP readiness, alternate supply planning, and escalation triggers.
Assess whether yellow/red indicators are tied to root cause, action owners, due dates, target dates, and verified recovery.
Maturity Levels
Performance is managed through meetings, emails, and manual follow-up. Recovery is late and partner comparison is limited.
Core governance routines exist, but standards vary by CDMO, product, team, or lifecycle phase.
Common gates, templates, scorecards, and meeting cadences create a repeatable management baseline.
Power BI connects scorecards, WPI, risks, recovery plans, and partner comparisons across the network.
Predictive performance, proactive recovery, shared CI roadmap, and lifecycle decisions are embedded.
